Brussel Sprout Salad
This classic combination of brussel sprouts and crispy bacon, with the addition of Lime EVOO will become your new favourite side!

Ingredients
Pukara Estate Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Pukara Estate Pepper and Olive Smoked Salt Flakes
1 ½ cups of Brussel Sprouts
Bacon, diced
Grated Pecorino cheese
Method
Chop the Brussel sprouts in half and wash
Steam for 3 - 4 minutes until bright green
Place the sprouts into a bowl, sprinkle with the salt and cover with the Lime EVOO.
In a pan cook the bacon to your liking, add the sprouts and fry until slightly charred.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with grated Pecorino cheese.
Tip: Add toasted almonds or pine nuts
