In Italian, "Novello" means "new" or "young" and when using it to describe an olive oil, it means the very first pressed oil taken from the year's harvest.

The parcel of olives for our Novello oil are carefully selected and cold pressed within hours of being harvested to deliver a fresh, extra virgin olive oil.

Novello is bottled in clear glass so you can see this extra virgin olive oil in its unsettled and unfiltered state.

Novello is a limited release with only 1500 available for purchase.

This oil emanates absolute freshness, enjoy with gusto!

The best first pressed!

I love this oil and was sorely disappointed when I missed out last year. It's tasty enough to enjoy a spoonful on its own but always on my salads and to finish soups. It is better than butter on rolls or sandwiches too. It would make a great gift if I wanted to share.

My First 2025 Novello!

After learning about first harvest olive oil I had to give a try! My search led me here to this beautiful batch. It was a delight to see the cloudy bottle arrive at my door, and the flavour is delicious! It’s bright and green, but has a rich and bodied mouthfeel. I think I’m a convert!

By far my favourite olive oil. Always a delightful addition to liven up any salad, drizzle over hummus, or serve with a sweet balsamic, dukka and fresh crusty bread!
