These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Pukara Estate when you use our website or purchase products from us.
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

We deliver to eligible Australian addresses using selected delivery and postal providers.
Available delivery methods, shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on our website or at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes displayed by us or our delivery providers are estimates and may vary depending on destination, order volumes, public holidays, peak trading periods, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Christmas, promotional and other peak periods may result in longer processing or delivery times.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Click & Collect may be available from selected Pukara Estate retail locations. Available collection locations will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally prepared as soon as practicable; however, processing times may be longer during promotional and peak trading periods.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive your collection confirmation before visiting your selected location.
Click & Collect orders will generally be held for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If an order is not collected within that period, we may contact you and may cancel and refund the order where appropriate.
After the collection period, limited-release or limited-availability products may no longer be reserved and may be returned to available stock or transferred to another Pukara Estate location.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been dispatched.
If we are unable to prevent dispatch, the applicable returns provisions below will apply.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may accept change-of-mind returns within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept change-of-mind returns for food, skincare or personal care products that have been opened or used.
Unless otherwise agreed, return delivery costs for a change-of-mind return are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved change-of-mind refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.
The 7-day change-of-mind period above does not limit your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or non-compliant products.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as practicable. If possible, retain the packaging and provide photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue efficiently.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be used in conjunction with another discount or offer.
Pukara Estate may offer membership programs, including the Pukara Estate Connoisseur Club.
Membership benefits and offers are those advertised by us from time to time and may be subject to eligibility requirements, product exclusions or promotional conditions.

Pukara Estate gift cards are subject to any conditions displayed when the gift card is purchased or issued.
Gift cards will have an expiry period of at least the minimum period required by Australian law, unless a lawful exemption applies.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Please treat gift cards like cash. To the extent permitted by law, we may be unable to replace a lost, stolen or improperly used gift card.
Competitions conducted by Pukara Estate may be subject to separate competition terms and eligibility requirements.
Where separate competition terms are published, those terms will apply to participation in that competition.
