Ingredients
Bunch Fresh Asparagus Spears
Pukara Estate Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Reggiano Parmigiano, Grated
Salt And Pepper
Method
Blanch asparagus and remove from water when just tender. Drain asparagus well. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with Pukara Estate Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle with freshly grated Reggiano Parmigiano and serve whilst still warm.
