Love it. Can't make a salad any more without it - but finding it difficult to locate at usual outlets in Sydney. All your other products available where I normally buy Pukara products- but no caramelised balsamic vinegar xxx

Asian Spring Salad Dressing
A simple dressing recipe that is versatile enough for salads or over cold roast dusk or pork. Even works drizzled over hot smoked salmon.
Ingredients
30mL Pukara Estate Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
15mL Pukara Estate Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbs chopped mint/coriander
1 small red Chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
1 garlic clove crushed
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let flavours to infuse. This dressing with great with Asian greens and cucumber or Asian inspired duck or seafood salads.
