Basic Mustard Vinaigrette

Great drizzled over roast beef or pork. A simple dressing recipe that will impress.

Ingredients 

2 Tsp Dijon Mustard

2 Tsp Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar

2 Tsp Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ Tsp Cold Water (Optional)

Salt And Pepper

Method

Place the mustard in a small bowl and slowly whisk in the vinegar so that the mustard remains creamy and smooth. Slowly whisk in the olive oil, ensuring the dressing remains creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
