Chilli Broccolini With Slivered Almonds

Quick, healthy, and delicious chilli broccolini.

Ingredients

2 bunches broccolini

1 fresh chilli

100g slivered almonds

Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pukara Estate Chilli Smoked Salt Flakes

Method

Deseed and chop the chilli.

Heat a wok or large pan to high heat and add a little oil.

Stir-fry the chilli for 30 seconds.

Add the broccolini and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender and crisp.

Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Top with toasted slivered almonds and sprinkle with Pukara Estate Chilli Smoked Salt Flakes.

Serving Suggestions:

Add a splash of oyster sauce or tamari for an Asian twist.
