Love it. Can't make a salad any more without it - but finding it difficult to locate at usual outlets in Sydney. All your other products available where I normally buy Pukara products- but no caramelised balsamic vinegar xxx

Fiery Hot Dressing
A chilli lover's delight. The red wine liqueur vinegar gives it a little sweetness and accompanies the chilli EVOO perfectly. Great over steamed greens or pumpkin salad.
Ingredients
30mL Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar
15mL soy sauce
Half tsp smokey paprika
Half tsp ground cumin
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well, and set aside for 20 minutes to let the flavors infuse. This salad dressing can be used over roast pumpkin with baby spinach or with broccoli and beans.
