Click & Collect at Pukara Estate lets you shop online and collect in store with no shipping fee. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an estimated collection time—usually within 24 hours.
If your items are in stock, we’ll usually prepare your order on the same day. Please wait for the “Order Ready for Collection” email before visiting to avoid delays.
When you arrive, simply show your collection email and our team will have your order waiting.
Click & Collect orders are available to be collected at Pukara Estate's Pokolbin, Newcastle and Muswellbrook retail outlets, during business hours.
Please note that Click & Collect orders are held at your selected retail location for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be cancelled and refunded. After this period, any limited-release items will no longer be reserved and may be returned to stock or transferred to another location or warehouse.
