Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
Six green prawns with the shell on
One tablespoon of Pukara Estate Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Two tablespoons of butter
One red chilli, sliced
The juice of half a lemon
Pukara Estate salt

Method
Place the prawns in a bowl with butter, garlic oil, chilli, and lemon juice. Allow them to sit on a warming plate for approximately five minutes until the butter has melted. Once melted, mix everything together, then place the prawns onto a char grill and cook for about two minutes on each side. After roughly four minutes, remove the prawns from the char grill and drizzle with garlic oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt before serving.
