One way to freshen up steamed veggies and make them more appealing, especially to children. This flavoursome mix is also good the next day.
Ingredients
500g green beans
1 small broccoli
300g fresh peas
500g baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
2 tbl Pukara Estate Lemon EVOO
2 tbl Pukara Estate White Wine Liqueur Vinegar
Pukara Estate Charcoal Smoked Salt Flakes
Method
Steam beans, peas, and broccoli until tender. Add vegetables to a large serving bowl with spinach leaves and mint.
Pour over vinegar and lemon EVOO, combine well, season, and serve.
