Nothing compares to this garlic olive oil! I use it for pretty much everything. The 2L tin is great value when it gets used as much as it does in my kitchen! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Salsa Verde
This traditional condiment is usually served with grilled meats but is great on roasted vegetables or as a dip.
Ingredients
2 cups Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups vinegar
2 handfuls continental parsley leaves, chopped
1 stick celery, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 slice stale white bread, crust removed
1 tablespoon capers
1 small chilli
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Method
Place all ingredients into an electric blender and blend until well combined. Strain through a fine sieve.
