Ingredients

Juice of half a lemon

40mL Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar

50mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method

Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well, and set aside for 20 minutes to let the flavors infuse. This simple dressing is great with any green salad or fresh garden salad.
