Spiced Carrot Salad
A new way for carrots. Give steamed carrots a bit of love and serve this as a side with your favourite dishes. A colourful offering for the dinner table.
Ingredients
1kg carrots, cut into sticks
2 tbsp Pukara Estate Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar
1 tbsp Pukara Estate Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Ras El Hanout (Moroccan spice blend)
Half cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
Method
Steam carrots until tender. Combine Red Wine Liqueur Vinegar, Chilli EVOO, and spice blend, then pour over the carrots.
Top with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
