Charcoal and Olive Smoked Salt Flakes add a rounded smoke flavour to dishes while also adding a wonderful colour differentiation as well. Sourced from the Murray Darling Basin and smoked using olive wood. The rich and smoky aroma will add a depth of flavour to any dish.
How to enjoy this product
This salt is best used as a finishing Salt. The wonderful black appearance of the salt flakes makes it perfect for sprinkling over salmon gravlax or sashimi. Try a small sprinkle over pumpkin soup or over roasted cauliflower.

I really enjoy all of the different salts Pukara have on offer but the charcoal and olive smoked flakes are by far my favourite.
