Shipping Information
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can be paid for using PayPal or major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and are typically within 1 to 10 business days.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Warehouse Collection
Pick-up is available at our warehouse located at:
1440 Denman Rd, Muswellbrook, NSW, 2333
Collection hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us directly at info@pukaraestate.com.au to arrange your collection.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer Flat Rate Shipping within Australia:
- NSW: $14.95
- ACT, QLD, VIC, TAS, SA, NT: $19.95
- WA: $29.95
We ship via Australia Post for reliable delivery across Australia.
Free Shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal of $150 or more.
International Shipping
We now offer International Shipping through Australia Post.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of the order. For a shipping quote, please email your order details and shipping address to info@pukaraestate.com.au.
Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 business days, and a tracking number will be provided.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available at Pukara Estate’s Pokolbin, Newcastle and Muswellbrook retail stores during standard business hours. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, however during peak periods this may be delayed. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for the collection confirmation email before visiting the store. If your order requires urgent attention, you can contact retail stores on 1300 157 880.
Please note that Click & Collect orders are held at your selected retail location for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be cancelled and refunded. After this period, any limited-release items will no longer be reserved and may be returned to stock or transferred to another location or warehouse.
