Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotion Period

Pukara Estate's Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale period will run from 7am AEDT 26th November 2025 - 11:59pm 3rd December. During this promotion, all Pukara Estate and Earth & Grace Skincare products will be discounted 20% off from RRP. Whilst this promotion runs, any additional discounts, including Pukara Estate's Connoisseur Club 10% discount will not apply. Free Shipping on all orders over $150 remains in effect.

Orders

Pukara Estate reserves the right to accept or reject orders for reasons such as product availability, pricing errors, misuse of e-commerce technologies, or order details.

Product Availability

We strive to have all products available, but if an item is unavailable, we will inform you before completing your order.

Pricing & Variations

Prices are subject to change until paid in full. Prices and availability may vary between Pukara Estate Tasting Rooms, stockists, and our website.

Delivery

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and can be paid via PayPal or major credit cards.

  • Flat Rate Shipping in Australia:
    • NSW: $14.95
    • ACT, QLD, VIC, TAS, SA, NT: $19.95
    • WA: $29.95
  • We ship through Aramex and Australia Post, and orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times range from 1–10 working days based on location. Extended time frames apply during the Christmas and New Year period.

Payment

Transactions are in AUD, and we accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, debit cards, and PayPal. Our servers use secure encryption to protect your payment details.

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, please document the breakage with the delivery driver, take a photo if possible, and contact us at info@pukaraestate.com.au or 02 6547 1055.

Click & Collect Orders

Click & Collect is available at Pukara Estate’s Pokolbin, Newcastle and Muswellbrook retail stores during standard business hours. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, however during peak periods this may be delayed. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for the collection confirmation email before visiting the store. If your order requires urgent attention, you can contact retail stores on 1300 157 880.

Please note that Click & Collect orders are held at your selected retail location for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be cancelled and refunded. After this period, any limited-release items will no longer be reserved and may be returned to stock or transferred to another location or warehouse.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at 02 6547 1055. However, we may not always be able to prevent dispatch.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return items to 1440 Denman Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any return shipping fees.

Password and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. If you suspect any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.

Website Changes

Pukara Estate may modify the website or terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Website Unavailability

We cannot be held responsible if the site becomes unavailable due to factors beyond our control.

Connoisseur Club

By joining our Connoisseur Club, you consent to receive special offers and benefits. Membership is free, with no ongoing commitment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged unless required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Competitions

Competitions and promotions have specific terms and conditions, which should be reviewed before participating.

Correction of Errors

We may correct any errors on our website, including pricing and availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders as necessary. Please notify us at info@pukaraestate.com.au if you find any errors.
