Mediterranean Salad Dressing
A simple dressing recipe that will impress.
Ingredients
30mL Pukara Estate Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Basil Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1 medium Red Onion
1 tbsp chopped oregano leaves
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well and set aside for 20 minutes to let the flavours infuse. This flavoursome dressing can be used on any salad with a Mediterranean twist. Try it with olives and feta cheese for a delicious combo.
