Pesto Dressing
Our basil pesto gives this dressing a nutty edge. So versatile it can be drizzled over a pasta salad, potatoes, steak, or chicken. Try this one for a barbecue favorite.
Ingredients
30mL Pukara Estate White Balsamic Vinegar
30mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Pukara Estate Basil Pesto
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well, and set aside for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
This dressing is fantastic over potatoes or pasta salads but also works well with a tinned salmon salad or a hearty vegetable salad.
