This classic combination of rocket, pear, parmesan, and walnut is a great dish on its own or the perfect side to your favorite meat dish.
Ingredients
125 g rocket
2 pears, cored and thinly sliced
¼ cup shaved parmesan
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Pukara Estate Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
Method
To serve, place the rocket, pear, and walnuts into a large bowl.
Add the Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar, then gently toss to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with shaved parmesan.
