A delicate citrus zing, made using our Lemon and Lime olive oils. This fresh tasting mayonnaise is great on sandwiches or served with roasted chicken.

How to enjoy this product
Great with calamari, fresh prawns or fish and chips. Toss together with leftover roast chicken to make a great sandwich. Perfect to use with our white wine liqueur vinegar to make a rustic coleslaw.

Heaven in a jar

I honestly cannot get enough of this mayonnaise; it has got to be the best mayonnaise ever made. The slight tang of the lemon and lime absolutely makes this the best.

Lemon and lime mayonnaise

Great! Visitors are always amazed at the taste whenever I add this to steamed veges or on an egg and avocado roll - it's so very good! I used to only be able to get this at markets and specialty shops and would travel a fair way to get it. Love I can order online.
