Spring Gift Card Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter is PUKARA ESTATE PTY. LTD. (ABN 26 107 017 881), of 1440 Denman Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333, Australia (Pukara Estate or the Promoter). Contact: info@pukaraestate.com.au.

By registering for this promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 6:00 pm AEDT on Thursday 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 (Promotion Period). All times in these terms are Australian Eastern Daylight Time, being Sydney time. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Orders and draw registrations must be received during the Promotion Period. An order placed outside that period does not qualify because it is delivered during the period.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who satisfy these terms. Employees of Pukara Estate, people involved in conducting or promoting the competition, and their immediate families are excluded.

For this exclusion, immediate family includes a spouse or de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild, including equivalent step and adoptive relationships.

4. How to enter

To enter, place and pay for a qualifying order through pukaraestate.com.au during the Promotion Period, complete the draw registration form during that period using the same email address as the order, and satisfy the email subscription requirement in section 11.

Register once for the promotion. Each separate qualifying order placed using that registered email address during the Promotion Period receives one entry. Registration may be completed before or after a qualifying purchase, provided both occur within the Promotion Period.

Existing email subscribers must also complete the draw registration. Registration alone, without a qualifying order, does not create an entry. A qualifying order without draw registration does not create an entry.

Entry has no additional fee beyond the qualifying purchase. The purchase requirement does not increase the normal price of the goods.

5. Qualifying orders and eligible spend

Only purchases made through pukaraestate.com.au qualify. Website Click & Collect orders are eligible on the same basis. Purchases made in a Pukara Estate retail store, through a stockist or another website, or by telephone or email are excluded.

A qualifying order must have a merchandise/cart subtotal of at least $80 after all applicable discounts and excluding shipping or delivery charges. The subtotal includes any GST included in the advertised product prices.

Normal eligible Connoisseur Club discounts continue during the promotion, including eligible discounts for members tagged CLUB or RESERVE. The discounted merchandise subtotal must still be at least $80.

For example, a $90 merchandise subtotal reduced to $81 by a 10% discount qualifies. An $85 merchandise subtotal reduced to $76.50 does not qualify, even if shipping takes the total amount paid above $80.

Payment using a gift card does not itself reduce the merchandise subtotal; applicable product or order discounts do.

6. Number of entries

One separate qualifying order of $80 or more equals one entry. Two separate qualifying orders of $80 or more each equal two entries, and three equal three entries. There is no stated limit on the number of separate qualifying orders an eligible entrant may place.

One $160 order receives one entry, not two. Two $40 orders cannot be combined to reach $80. Repeated registration submissions do not create additional entries.

Each valid entry has an equal chance in the initial random selection. A maximum of one prize may be awarded to each person. After a winner is selected, that person's remaining entries are removed from subsequent prize selections.

7. Cancellations, refunds and returns

Cancelled or fully refunded orders are excluded. Following a partial return or refund, the retained merchandise value is recalculated after applicable discounts and excluding shipping. If the retained value is below $80, the entry associated with that order is invalid. If it remains at least $80, the order retains one entry.

For example, an order with $100 of qualifying merchandise reduced by a $25 merchandise refund has a retained value of $75 and loses its entry. A $20 merchandise refund leaves $80 and the entry remains eligible.

Eligibility may be checked before the draw and again before a prize is issued. A selected entry that is invalid will not receive a prize; a replacement will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. An entry also becomes invalid if a later return reduces its retained eligible value below $80.

If a prize has already been issued, any action concerning that prize is subject to applicable law. Nothing in this promotion restricts statutory rights to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law, or requires repayment of a prize as a condition of obtaining a statutory remedy.

8. Prizes and redemption

Five distinct winners will each receive one $200 Pukara Estate eGift Card. The total prize pool is $1,000. No entrant can win the entire prize pool.

Each eGift Card expires three years after its date of issue. The expiry date will be provided with the card. The prize claim deadline in section 10 is separate from the gift card's redemption expiry.

eGift Cards can be redeemed online at www.pukaraestate.com.au, including website Click & Collect orders, or at the following Pukara Estate retail stores during their applicable trading hours:

1440 Denman Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333; 29 Palmers Lane, Pokolbin NSW 2320; or 6/67 Hunter Street, Newcastle NSW 2300.

A card may be used across multiple purchases until its balance is exhausted or it expires. Any remaining balance is retained until expiry. Customers may pay an amount exceeding the available balance using an accepted payment method.

Normal eligible product pricing and discounts apply when a card is redeemed, subject to any separate offer's terms. A gift card is used as payment and does not itself provide an additional percentage discount. Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

The Promoter will deliver each eGift Card electronically to the winner's nominated email address and/or mobile phone number within five business days after the winner accepts the prize and completes reasonable eligibility checks. No payment or fee is required to receive a prize.

9. Draw and winner notification

The draw will take place at 9:00 am AEDT on Tuesday 10 November 2026 at 1440 Denman Road, Muswellbrook NSW 2333. Winners will be selected using a computer-generated random selection from validated eligible entries. The Promoter will retain an audit record of the entry pool and draw.

Winners will be contacted on Tuesday 10 November 2026 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm AEDT using the nominated email address and/or phone number supplied with the qualifying order or customer account. Written email confirmation will state the prize, claim instructions and claim deadline.

Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner, including a further attempt before an unclaimed prize is redrawn.

Subject to eligibility verification, winners' first initials, surnames and states of residence will be published on the competition registration page, accessible through pukaraestate.com.au, by Tuesday 17 November 2026 and remain available for at least seven days, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

10. Prize claims and unclaimed-prize redraw

Initial winners must respond to their prize notification and complete reasonable identity and order-eligibility checks by 4:00 pm AEDT on Tuesday 24 November 2026. Each initial winner notified on 10 November receives at least 14 calendar days to claim.

Subject to applicable law, any unclaimed or forfeited prize will be redrawn at 9:00 am AEDT on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the same address and using the same random-selection method as the initial draw.

The redraw uses the remaining eligible entries from the original Promotion Period, excluding entries belonging to winners who have already claimed a prize and any invalid entries. No new entries are accepted after the original closing time.

Replacement winners will be contacted between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm AEDT on 25 November 2026, with written email confirmation, and must claim by 4:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday 9 December 2026. Their results will be published on the same competition page within seven days of the redraw and remain available for at least seven days.

If a further redraw is necessary, it will be held at 9:00 am AEDT on Thursday 10 December 2026 at the same address and using the same method, subject to applicable law. Further replacement winners will be contacted within two business days and given at least 14 calendar days after written notification to claim. Any subsequent redraw arrangements will be published on the competition page and conducted in accordance with applicable law.

11. Email subscription and privacy

Entrants must be actively subscribed to Pukara Estate email marketing at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026, using the same email address as their qualifying order and draw registration.

The registration form clearly discloses that registration includes subscription to Pukara Estate email marketing and requires the entrant's affirmative consent. Existing active subscribers remain eligible without creating a duplicate subscription. The Promoter records when and how consent was given.

Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. An entrant who is not actively subscribed at the closing-time checkpoint is ineligible. Unsubscribing after that checkpoint does not retrospectively invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.

Registration details, contact information, eligibility declarations and relevant order information are used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, publish limited winner details and fulfil prizes. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Pukara Estate Privacy Policy at pukaraestate.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

12. Verification and general conditions

The Promoter may request reasonable information to verify age, residency, identity, qualifying orders and compliance with these terms. It may exclude fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries. These powers will be exercised reasonably and consistently with applicable law.

Any change to or cancellation of the promotion will be made only as permitted by applicable law, with required regulatory approvals obtained and affected entrants notified as required.
