An affordable luxury

This particular and its red wine partner are now staples in our home. If you are making a salad dressing with these, instead of regular vinegars, your diners will remark about the difference AND no one will guess the special ingredient.
We now always have a bottle in use AND a spare. Apparently, it’s a law here these days.
