Basil Berry Fruit Salad
A beautifully simple recipe that is sure to impress.
For a great side dish at Christmas, just add cubed Danish feta.
Ingredients
Quarter of a watermelon
1 punnet of strawberries
1 punnet of blueberries
Handful of basil leaves
Pukara Estate Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Baby spinach
Method
Cut the watermelon into 2 cm cubes, quarter the strawberries, and roughly chop a handful of basil leaves.
Place the baby spinach, watermelon, strawberries, basil, and blueberries into a large bowl.
Drizzle with Pukara Estate Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil and gently toss. Enjoy!
