Refreshing salad dressing that is great over seafood or a garden salad with tropical fruit. You will be surprised by this dressing's versatility.
Ingredients
40mL Pukara Estate Guava Vinegar
20mL Pukara Estate Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20mL Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbs finely chopped mint leaves
Pinch Pukara Estate Chilli Smoked Salt Flakes
Method
Simply shake all ingredients in a jar, season well, and set aside for 20 minutes to let the flavors infuse. Goes well with any salad containing avocado, mangoes, or fruit. Try it on a fresh seafood salad or a light chicken salad with mango and avocado. Perfect for summer barbecues and light dinners.
