Wow, really the most delicious vinegar I've ever had!

This is the perfect before dinner aperitif. A tablespoonful in a champagne flute, top with water helps me control my insulin response!
Came across this at a Maldives resort and now have to order it for home use. Really a very unusually fantastic vinegar.

Sweet and fruity vinegar especially a taste sensation when combined with the wasabi olive oil on a salad. Amazing combination.
If you find it too sweet it is equally suited to being used with a cider vinegar where you maintain the fruitiness and aroma but it adds a little more zing to the dish.
